The StoryKeys Assessment System
StoryKeys is the first scored Narrative Intelligence platform. It is not a personality test. It is not a coaching model. It is a three-part assessment system that surfaces the story patterns shaping how leaders think, decide, communicate, and lead under pressure — and produces a scored development path through them.
Your Story Type — 52 questions. Identifies the story architecture each leader naturally leads from across twelve archetypes in five clusters.
Your Hidden Pattern — 21 questions. Identifies the dominant pattern currently running each leader's decisions and behavior. Organized under Fight, Flight, and Freeze.
Your NQ Score — 30 questions. Measures Narrative Intelligence across four capacities — Awareness, Literacy, Agility, and Transmission. Produces a scored baseline and a development path mapped to The Twelve Creative Keys.
When a leadership team completes all three parts the aggregate data shows which patterns are most active across the team, where the collective NQ is strongest, and where development will produce the most immediate return.
