What’s the One Bold Move You’d Make If Fear Wasn’t a Factor?
Last week in my Creative Keys™ coaching group, I asked a powerful question:
What’s the one big, bold move you’d make if fear wasn’t a factor?
I haven’t stopped thinking about it.
Because bold moves do more than shift our careers or relationships—they stir the soul. They rattle our comfort zones. They challenge our sense of identity. They bring every buried “what if” to the surface.
I’m the kind of person who moves fast. I make decisions quickly, pivot when things no longer fit, and live in constant creation. I don’t shy away from change.
But the real bold moves—the ones that actually change your life?
Those are different.
They make you pause.
They make you quiver.
They force an internal reckoning before any external action.
These are the moments that don’t follow a perfect timeline. You can’t hustle or hack your way through them. You have to feel your way through. And you have to be willing to name the desire first—even if you’re not ready to act on it.
That naming?
It’s not nothing.
It’s everything.
It’s where courage begins.
It’s how hope takes shape.
It’s what creative leadership looks like—not having all the answers, but being willing to take the first aligned step.
So I’ll ask you again:
What’s the one big, bold move you’d make if fear wasn’t a factor?
Name it. Whisper it. Write it down.
Even if it scares you.
Even if you’re not sure how.
Even if you are sure—but aren’t quite ready.
Because boldness doesn’t mean forcing change. It means honoring the call, even in its quietest form.
Ready to take that step?
My next Creative Keys™ Group Coaching Circle begins May 30.
It’s a 10-week experience for women leaders and founders who are ready to take bold, aligned action—with clarity, emotional honesty, and creative power.
