    • The Council is for women who feel a shift stirring inside — even if you don’t yet know exactly what comes next. It’s right for you if:

    • Each Council session runs 90 minutes. Beyond that, most women spend 30–60 minutes with the weekly practices and reflections. The point isn’t to add pressure — it’s to create a rhythm of clarity and courage that actually supports your life, not overwhelms it.

  • Confidentiality is a core value of the Council. What is shared in circle stays in circle. This container is designed to be a safe and sacred space where you can be fully honest without fear of judgment.

  • You’ll leave with clarity, practical tools, and a circle of women who have walked this journey with you. Many participants stay connected afterward, and you’ll also have opportunities to continue through retreats, advanced circles, or private coaching if you choose.
