8. Shedding — Letting Go of What No Longer Serves You
Once truth is spoken, something usually needs to fall away.
Shedding is the process of release. Letting go of roles, beliefs, habits, and expectations that no longer match who you’re becoming.
This is the space between stories. The moment of un-becoming that makes space for what’s next.
Ask yourself: What am I holding onto out of habit or fear? What would I feel without it?
9. Trusting Intuition — Listening to the Knowing Within
When you’ve cleared space through honesty and shedding, your intuition becomes louder. Clearer. Calmer.
This key reminds you that your deepest knowing isn’t “out there.” It lives inside you.
It’s not frantic or shouty. It’s quiet, rooted, and true.
Ask yourself: Where have I outsourced my knowing—and what would happen if I turned inward instead?
